Louise is responsible for the day to day management of TLP operations. She manages the training schedule, and is responsible for delivering a high quality and responsive service to all our customers. Louise is also responsible for coordinating with our trainers on any operational issues. She manages the supporting administration processes and a range of quality improvement and compliance projects. 

Louise has spent her career in customer management, previously working for over 10 years as an account manager in the private health care sector. Louise currently combines her work with studies in accountancy.
